I'm still on my search for a quick release steering hub for my Mustang. I have found several potentials (www.esses.us and www.tekniqauto.com and www.smartracing.net), all of which bolt to a Momo or Sparco hub adaptor. As part of my quest, I have also considered a variety of other aftermarket options to enhance my steering setup. However, I can find a hub listing specifically for 69-73 Mustangs, but nothing earlier than that. My project is a 65/66 model, and I'm eager to understand the distinctions or differences between the hub or steering wheel mount on a 65/66 column compared to a 69-73 column. This information is crucial for making the right choice for my Mustang upgrade. Has anyone here come across or researched this issue? I would greatly appreciate any insights, advice, or information that you may have to share. Anyone familiar with the differences between the hub/steering wheel mount on a 65/66 column vs a 69-73 column?
Thanks in advance, Bob.
