Deposit 30€ did win up to 1000 had problems verify my account, and after i could not withdraw. Had played slots that was not allowed with bonus money, thats 90% of their slots. Dont play here SCAMMERS!!

Wish i read the reviews before i played, deposited £25 had a bonus of £50, played right down to £27, had 3 scatters on big bass, went right up to 10x spins, although most the time it was empty fishermenen, never have i had so many empty fishermen on all other sites i played. Anyway i did win £300 but obviously because it used the bonus you can withdraw nothing. Soon as i played the bonus nothing. Goes to show what you can win with bonuses

I deposit 500 and have won 3000. I asked the customer service for a 24h break. that was almost a week ago. Every time I log in they say my account doesn't match. I try to change my password but a error site pops up each time.
I contact their customer service and every one of them liars say my account has been temporarily banned. When I ask for the reasons they shut down the live chat.
And when I contact them through mail, they clearly see my message and after noticing that it's my account, decide to GHOST me.
I have waited for A WEEK for a response through mail and I get nothing back. Instead they lie and say that they have helped me even though I have not had any slightest of answers back.
They closed my account without my approval even though I have money in it, lie that they will help me with it, ghost me through mail, lie that my information is incorrect, don't allow me to change password.
DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMING SITE
I still haven't gotten into my account and haven't been able to withdraw my money

Do not play here! Made the mistake of depositing a total of 135 euro.
But only 100 made it to the account.
Then, days after my account is closed and I ask that the 35 be refunded since it was withdrawn and processed by my bank, 25 euro is taken from my account... Day after , 25 euro again!
I write them, they close the chat. My bank is telling me my account is overdrawn. They can just keep taking money from my account, honestly they are literally stealing money out of my account by duplicating a transaction that was already made days ago but yet my account is blocked and closed.

donot deposit you will lose your money
Why the heck they need my whole bank statement!!! instead of PDF of my transaction I made deposit of 25 euro just to give it a try .. my deposit never showed up in neither my bank or my gaming account. and been asked to send my bank statement which include the other transactions that it has nothing to do with them .. They said that maybe I closed the transaction window guess what up to today I never closed that window it more than 24hours ... they use to buy time maybe to fish information but sorry I am not millionaire I have no money in my account!!!

Long wait
I did write a review recently to say how much they have improved, and how quick the withdrawals were!
Unfortunately having been promised by email on Tuesday 14th of November that my withdrawal had been paid out and was on its way to me. After 3 days, still no sign of money.
Live chat told me the email was outdated and can take 3-6 days and not 1-3 days promised.
I have now been informed that it will take up to 7 days.
If it’s later than that they will ask for a bank pdf and investigate.
I’m sorry I wrote such a good review as I now feel I’m being messed about a bit!
Maybe they are having trouble with banks etc.
But I think the wait times are excessive.
I just think in this day and age things should be more simpler and quicker.
They are normally very good with their correspondence but I found live chat a bit rude last week.
Shame as they have always been so good!

Stole 80 euros of my money
Deposited, went to play cleopatra megaways paid for a bonus 40 euros and took my money couldn’t play the bonus and kicked me out of the game.
Went back into the game again expecting the bonus play to show up it didn’t and then took another 40 euros off me.
So note I am down 80 euros contacted support several times over many days keep being told it’s under investigation.
I closed my account and am awaiting my refund, doubt I’ll get it but can hope.
